downloading software.

as of now i have psp9.
i love it and all, but it doesn't have all this new neat-o stuff.
or maybe i'm just not aware of it.
but where do you guys download your programs?
and what do you reccomend?
directions?

wellllll i get all my stuff from tyler tbh :p.
ps he gave me. buut you can go to the site he made here + download photoshop. it's awesome;
