| i'm pulling my hair out right now. baaah. ohhhkkk.
well i'm starting a new site, and i'm using iframes because, well, they look amazing and clean.
i have my layout made already, with two boxes. one i want my iframe in. so i have the code in, and it links to a blank buddy4u with my background/ font/etc. codes in it.
i want to put my links in the other box, next to it. my problems are;
; how do i hide my subpages, so i can JUST have links? orrr.. how would i make it so my subpage links went to a url that I wanted to change the iframe..? [that sounds confusing..] ; how can i get the hex code of my background color if the color changed when i put it as .png? i hate when it gets pixily as a jpg. ; how do i hide, profile viewed __ times? its getting in the way of my other shiz, since its set to 0,0.
as you can tell, i'm totally new to iframes, and they are totally screwin' with my brain. i'm so totally confused and i'd really appreciate it if someone helped me.

| Hide your subpages with this code: - Code:
-
<style> Put it at the very very end of your layout code. The background shouldn't change when you save a picture as a .png, but if it did, then the easiest way to get the background color is with PSP or Photoshop or Photofiltre. I don't have PSP so I can't tell you how to do that. XD But with Photoshop, go to your color pallette, doube click on the first color (foreground) and then use the eyedropper tool to click on the background color in your picture. (Make sure your picture is open in Photoshop) In Photofiltre, click on the eyedropper tool in the right panel and click on the backgroud color in your picture. In a little white box at the bottom of the right panel is your hex code. That I know of, there isn't a code to get rid of the "Profile Viewed" segment because on the B4U template, the code is at the top and we users can't interfere with the beginning of the code. You can however, hide it with another box with the same background so it looks flush. That was a lot. XD So feel free to ask some questions.

| to get rid of the profile views, login to buddy4u, and on the admin page you should see this:
Show Recent Visitors Do you want to show a list of screen names who have recently visited? If you turn this off this information will not be shown, but will still be recorded. Yes No
select no. | |

what is iframes? haha. I can't describe it well, but here I am trying... You know how SPLASH! has all the subpages on the mainpage? Well I think it's that (could be wrong though, I never got told... just assumed such)
